How we calculate delivery dates

Dispatch time: All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation.

Total delivery time = 3 days dispatch + carrier transit time

For UK Mainland Standard Delivery, this means 3 days dispatch + 2 days transit = 5 working days total.

For Premium Next-Day Delivery (orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday), dispatch is same day and delivery is the next working day.

UK Mainland Delivery

Our fixed-price delivery options (Standard, Premium, and Free over £35) apply to UK mainland addresses only. All UK mainland orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Carrier transit is typically 2 working days, giving a total of 3-5 working days from order to delivery.

Premium Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm or at weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

Non-Mainland UK and International

Live carrier quotes at checkout

For deliveries outside UK mainland (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man) and international destinations, live shipping quotes are provided at checkout from multiple carriers.

When you select a shipping option at checkout, the total delivery time is calculated as our 3 working day dispatch time plus the carrier's quoted transit time. For example, if a carrier quotes 4 days transit, your total delivery time would be approximately 7 working days.

Made-to-Order Items

Some products are sourced fresh from our suppliers when you order (marked as "Made to Order" on the product page). These items are ordered from the supplier as soon as your payment is confirmed and typically take 3-5 working days before dispatch. You will be clearly informed at checkout if your order contains made-to-order items.

Split Deliveries

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, you can choose a split delivery at checkout for an additional £2.95. This means your in-stock items are dispatched first, and made-to-order items follow once they arrive from the supplier. You will receive separate tracking for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can also view tracking information in your account under "My Orders".

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).
