The Wool Junction is a trading name of Online Lifestyle Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17124163). Our registered office address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Our VAT registration number will be displayed here once registered.
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website thewooljunction.co.uk and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate of 20% where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Some products are sold by the metre (fabric) or by weight (yarn). Minimum order quantities and increments are displayed on each product page. Fabric is cut to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods to you, at which point a contract is formed between us.
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Delivery
We offer standard delivery (3-5 working days), premium next-day delivery (order before 12pm), and international shipping. Full delivery information, including pricing and estimated timeframes, is available on our Shipping Information page.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected].
Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. Fabric cut to order (by the metre) cannot be returned unless faulty. Yarn must be returned in its original ball band, unwound.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The original delivery charge will only be refunded if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly dispatched.
6. Made-to-Order (JIT) Products
Some products are marked as "Made to Order" or "Just-in-Time" (JIT). These items are ordered specifically from our suppliers when you place your order. JIT items typically take 3-5 additional working days before dispatch.
In the rare event that a JIT item is unavailable from our supplier, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Online Lifestyle Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the total price of the goods purchased.
9. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and placing orders, you consent to such processing.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
