Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • Fabric that has been cut to your specification cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Yarn must be in its original ball band and unwound
  • Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only

Pack securely

Repackage the item(s) securely in their original packaging where possible.

Send to: The Wool Junction, c/o Online Lifestyle Ltd, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Refund processed

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including original postage costs.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
