Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with any major credit or debit card via Stripe.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards through our secure Stripe checkout.

Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum order. However, orders over £35 qualify for free standard delivery.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

UK Mainland: Standard delivery is £4.95 (3-5 working days) or free on orders over £35. Premium next-day delivery is £7.95 (order before 12pm). Non-mainland UK and international shipping is quoted live at checkout based on your destination and the carrier you choose.

How long will my order take?

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days. For UK Mainland standard delivery, total time is 3-5 working days (3 days dispatch + 2 days transit). For non-mainland UK and international orders, total delivery time is 3 days dispatch plus the transit time of the carrier you select at checkout.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. At checkout, you will see live shipping quotes from multiple carriers for your destination. The total delivery time is our 3 working day dispatch time plus the carrier transit time shown for each option.

What is split delivery?

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, you can choose split delivery at checkout for £2.95. In-stock items are dispatched first, and made-to-order items follow once they arrive from the supplier. You receive separate tracking for each shipment.

Products

What does 'Made to Order' mean?

Made-to-order items are sourced fresh from our suppliers when you order. This means a 3-5 day lead time, but you get the freshest stock with full colour availability.

How is fabric sold?

Fabric is sold by the metre with a minimum order of 0.5 metres. Select your desired length at checkout.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

We do not currently offer samples, but our product descriptions and images aim to give you the best possible representation. Contact us if you need specific details about a product.

What yarn brands do you stock?

We stock King Cole, Cygnet, Stylecraft, James C Brett, Woolcraft, and other premium brands. Check our Brands page for the full list.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy page for details.

Can I return cut fabric?

Fabric cut to your specification cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including postage.

Account & Technical

Do I need an account to order?

Yes, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and receive back-in-stock notifications.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also check order status in your account under My Orders.

I have not received my dispatch email?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it is not there, log into your account to check order status, or contact us.
