How we calculate delivery dates
Dispatch time: All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment.
Total delivery time = 3 days dispatch + carrier transit time
For example, Standard Delivery = 3 days dispatch + 2 days transit = 5 working days total.
All UK mainland orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Bradford, West Yorkshire via Evri or Parcelforce, depending on parcel size and weight.
Premium next-day orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Made-to-order items: Some products are sourced fresh from our suppliers when you order (marked as "Made to Order" on the product page). These typically take 3-5 additional working days before dispatch.
Non-mainland UK (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man): Delivery to these areas is quoted at checkout using live carrier rates. Transit times vary by location and carrier selected.

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination and parcel weight. Use the calculator below to get a live quote for your location.

International parcels are shipped via tracked services (DHL, UPS, or Parcelforce International). Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 5-14 working days.
Customs and duties: Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping prices.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also view tracking information in your account under "My Orders".
What happens if I am not home for delivery?
Most carriers will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Some services offer safe-place delivery or delivery to a neighbour.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will do our best to update the delivery address.
Do you offer click and collect?
We do not currently offer click and collect. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse. We are exploring local collection options for the future.
